We're looking for someone to take over our apartment at Oyster Park in Mount Pleasant (right before Sullivan's) beginning the first week of July (potentially as late as the second week if needed flexible and open to discussion) through August 21st, with the option to renew directly with the complex afterward for a full lease term.
This would be an ideal setup for someone hoping to stay long-term and wanting an easy way to get into a great apartment without the usual hassle.
Apartment details:
Approx. 650 sq ft studio with partition wall (no bedroom door)
4th floor unit above Second State
No upstairs neighbors + private stairwell access
Tons of natural light
The location truly doesn't get better and we're very sad to leave. You're close to the beach (we ride our bikes a ton), restaurants, shopping, and everything Mount Pleasant has to offer, with incredible walkability.
Community amenities include:

Monthly resident events
Nightly trash valet
The apartment is pictured furnished, but it will be empty upon move-in and would require your own furniture. We are happy to leave behind the console table under the TV and the black queen bed frame if helpful.
We recently purchased a home on James Island and will be fully moved out by the end of June. We've lived here for nearly 5 years and have kept the apartment very clean and well cared for (alongside our professionally trained princess of a dog ). We'll also have it thoroughly cleaned before move-in.
Rent is $2,115/month and includes:

Trash valet
Pest control
Utilities:
Water + power typically run around $120 150/month combined depending on usage
Lease takeover fees through Oyster Park:
$300 admin fee
$99 application fee
(These are the same fees you'd pay later if renewing directly with the complex, so you would not need to pay them again in August.)
