This is a newly renovated 4-bedroom, 1 bathroom (bath + shower) apartment with a full kitchen and balcony. 2 hallway closet, all 4 bedroom has closet. A walk-in closet for the master bedroom, 10-15 walk from JFK, bus 15 and 41 is a 3 minute walk to dudley station 16, 17, and 41 proximity to shopping etc. Renter is responsible for electric and gas, however owner covers water expenses. No smoking, no parking available. No in-unit laundry. If a key is lost, renters are responsible for paying a fee. If you are moving in with a pet, understand you are responsible for any damages to the property such as wall and floor scratches. This is a 12 month lease, if you break the lease prior to contracted time, the security deposit will be taken by the owner. However, in case of an emergency, at least 30 day notice for breaking a lease. Any physical damages to the property will result in loss of security deposit or a negotiated fee depending on the damage the property sustained.
