Rent is $850.00 per month, security deposit is $850.00 and pet deposit (upon pet approval) is $300. 1 year lease required.
Current rental criteria:
1. Consistent, verifiable income of at least 2x the monthly rent
2. Strong landlord reference, unless you are a homeowner and selling your house.
3. Background screening includes credit, criminal, eviction & sex offender.
a. Credit-we don't require a specific numeric score. The report will show accounts open & closed. Accounts that are open need to be paid on time. Minimal if any accounts in collection. We look for a healthy financial picture.
b. Criminal, eviction & sex offender-need to be clean.
c. $45 application fee per person 18 or older.
