Valley View Townhomes 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhouse. The lower level has a 1 car garage with opener along with a laundry room that has laundry hookups and storage space. The main living level has a living room, dinette, equipped kitchen and 1/2 bathroom. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Central a/c, new wall to wall carpeting and flooring, private patio. Tenant pays gas, electric and trash. The rent includes a $60 water/sewage allowance per month. Small dogs are permitted, maximum 2, additional fees required. No smoking 1.) There is a $30 application processing fee for each adult, which must be in cash or money order. Exact change only. Debit or credit cards are not accepted. Please bring the payment with you to faster facilitate the process. 2.) Photo ID is required when submitting an application. 3.)
