This apartment is on an 11 month lease term. However, lease terms can be flexible. Non smoking building. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. Utilities are as follows, water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity and storm. Utilities are estimated from $160-$200 each month. We have a $35 monthly pet fee. We also do not require a pet deposit. We do offer wifi for $35 a month. We also have a $65 application fee .
