Free street parking is available for guests/a 2nd car on nearby blocks. Centrally located, this special block has a "small town feel" yet is walkable to all the fun in the Fan, Scott's Addition, the museums, restaurants, parks, and even the free Pulse to downtown! This turnkey MONTHLY, FURNISHED short term apartment includes: - Generous historic bedrooms each with closets, high ceilings, queen-sized beds, blackout curtains (for those working night shifts), dressers, sheets, pillows and blankets. - PETS are allowed for a $200 fee, $30 monthly. (We love all dogs but sadly no cats due to past issues!) - Laundry is an in-unit washer and dryer. - Central air heating & cooling. - Kitchen amenities include utensils, pots/pans, a coffee maker, toaster, glasses, vintage china, dish towel, and a dishwasher. - Living area includes seating, a dining table and chairs, flat screen tv. - Bathroom includes a shower curtain, a basic setup of towels and toiletries to get you started. - Art and amenities to make your home away from home a special place! - Utilities include internet, water, gas, electric. - One dedicated parking space! (More parking for a second car out back IS available for a fee.) Note: A $150 cleaning fee will be charged at the end of the stay. This Fan apartment within an Italianate residence is a furnished, monthly 2 bedroom lease with one parking space included. A street parking pass (for a 2nd car) is available for an extra fee. Includes water/sewer/internet/electric/gas. A private alley leads to Grace and your new Fan life! Rent Payment, Deposits & Fees: 1 Month's Rent Damage Deposit upon acceptance of lease. $150 cleaning fee held to be used at the end of the tenancy. $200 non-refundable pet deposit if a pet is accepted, then monthly fee for pets. (NO CATS.) Rent is paid monthly (first 4 weeks) then the number of weeks after having met the monthly minimum, directly deposited (account provided upon acceptance of lease). For example, if you were staying 6 weeks you would first pay for the month, then for the final two weeks vs. two months.
