The house is on a residential, safe street about a 10-minute walk from the University of Denver, light rail station, Old South Pearl Street restaurants and cafes, the farmers market, and Wash Park. Peart Street includes Steam, Stella's, Sushi Den, and many more amazing food options. Downtown Denver is an easy trip by car or light rail. This is a great setup for a DU student or anyone looking for a quiet, private space in a walkable neighborhood. Rent is $1,200 per month with a $1,200 security deposit. Lease terms are 9 12 months.
