Within 5 years from the date of application any conviction or adjudication other than acquittal of: -A crime involving the illegal use of a controlled substance other than sales or manufacture -Illegal gambling -Prostitution -Commercialized Vice -Stalking -Forgery -Weapons offenses Within 3 years from the date of application any conviction or adjudication other than acquittal of: -Any other felony, not included above Within 3 years prior from the date of the application, the applicant or any household member has been imprisoned after being convicted of a felony.
