2001 East Sunset Drive - Unclaimed

Barkley sits in northeast Bellingham, where residential streets meet a compact shopping and dining district. The setting is shaped by the city’s cool, rainy winters and mild summers, with Whatcom Falls Park nearby for wooded trails, waterfalls and outdoor time. Barkley Village is the neighborhood’s main gathering point, with restaurants, coffee shops, everyday shops and a cinema, while the surrounding area offers a quieter pace than central Bellingham. The Barkley neighborhood’s median rent is $1,900 per month, with a typical range of $1,000 to $3,950. Walking and cycling work well for local errands, and Whatcom Transportation Authority buses connect the area with other parts of Bellingham; drivers can reach major routes toward downtown and I-5. Parks and paths also make it easy to bring a dog outdoors.
