There is newer central air conditioning and hard wood floors with newer floor tile in the kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. Gas stove and refrigerator plus washer and gas dryer are included. Very quite neighborhood. Off street parking included. Restaurants are a short walk away. Owner pays for water but there is a fixed monthly water fee. Please place area rugs on the hard wood floors in the living room, hallway and bedroom. Please change the central AC filter every 4 to 6 months. No smoking in the apartment. The bathroom tub has a new surface therefore no bath mat with suction cups in the tub and no bath product bottles on the tub surface to prevent chips in the tub surface. There is a large bathroom niche for placing bath product bottles.
