This one bedroom one bathroom studio unit is located in the 201 building on the corner of Maxwell St. and Lummus Dr. This unit is located on the first floor and features a rear balcony. A deposit equivalent to one months rent will be required to secure the unit. Pets are allowed with a one time, upfront and non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet in the leased premises. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Felines must be spayed/neutered. In addition, a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet shall be added to the rent. All prospective tenants must fill out an application and will be required to pass credit, criminal, and background checks. A Non-Refundable $30 application fee is required which pays for a third-party background and credit check. We require a minimum credit score of 625 for approval, but anyone with a 600-624 credit score can be approved with an approved co-signer/guarantor who has a credit score of 625 or higher. If you are under the age of 21, you are required to have an approved co-signer/guarantor on your lease
