Please be aware that there are a couple of entry steps, which may be a consideration for guests with mobility needs. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking anything indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and violations may result in reservation termination without refund and potential prosecution for criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am; disturbances may lead to reservation termination. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or swearing at team members, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. Guests will be billed for any security, fire department, or police fees incurred due to their behavior, with a minimum fee of $150. Additional cleaning fees may apply for issues such as human biomaterial cleanup ($300 minimum), excessive pet hair ($300), stains on carpets or linens ($89 per item or replacement cost), or if the unit is found in unreasonable disorder ($200 or actual cost). A $170 re-keying fee will be charged for unreturned keys. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee.
