This is a well-established and quiet neighborhood off of Cages Bend Rd. We are renting the in-law quarters of our home. It has its own front and back entrances. We are located right between Hendersonville and Gallatin in a fast-growing and happening community near the lake. This area is growing rapidly, and many new restaurants have been added recently. We are also about midway between Volunteer State Community College and the Indian Lake Shopping area with quick access to Vietnam Veterans Parkway (Hwy 386). The nearest grocery store is the nicest Kroger in the region with several other options nearby, including COSTCO. A single occupant is preferred. It has been recently painted, and brand new real hickory wood flooring was just installed. Free Parking and Wi-Fi Internet are available; the owner will cover the garbage service and utilities as long as usage doesn't become extreme. A washer, dryer, and dishwasher are also available. This is a non-smoking property, and no pets are allowed.
