The apartment is on the left side of the house when viewing the house from the front. Free Parking and Wi-Fi Internet are available; the owner will cover the garbage service and utilities as long as usage doesn't become extreme. A washer, dryer, and dishwasher are also available. This is a non-smoking property, and no pets are allowed.
