Behavior constituting a party is determined at the sole discretion of the host and would include things like bringing extra guests into the property or people coming in and out. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of the host's team, will result in termination of the reservation without refund. The host retains complete control of the property and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the reputation of the property. If there is any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, you will be denied entry. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking anything indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If the host incurs security, fire department, police fees, or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, you will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
