This centrally located charming cottage located is on a small Forest Hills estate in Wilmington close to downtown, the airport, films studios, hospital, shopping, UNCW and 15 minutes to the ocean. It is a guest cottage on the same property as our family home, best suited for 1-2 occupants with two bedrooms, one king size and one queen size. Hardwood floors throughout the house, lots of natural light. The main bedroom features a walk-in closet and the second bedroom has a very large closet as well. The cottage is furnished with high-end vintage and mid-century furniture and an open concept, living-dining-kitchen area. Parking for up to two cars is included. Central heat and air /washer and dryer Please note we live in the main house on this property with our family and our friendly golden doodle. Smoking/ vaping are not allowed in the cottage. Monthly cleaning is offered at a rate of $150. Small non-shedding non-destructive pets are negotiable. Utilities/ Internet $200 per month. No smoking or vaping inside the cottage. Visitors are welcome, however parties are not permitted. The space is suitable for one to four people and available on a one month to one year lease. One to two parking spots are available to renters at all times. Please note this home is located on the property of the main house and the driveway is shared. Non-shedding non-destructive pets are negotiable. Rate of $2800 per month is for 1-2 occupant no pets. Rent price changes with number of tenants, seasonally and depending on length of lease.
