There is absolutely NO smoking, vaping, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or tabacco usage allowed within THIRTY feet of the building. Please do not smoke inside of the building..!! No loud music or parties allowed during QUIET hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in Chicago). This unit is central to all of the fabulous amenities, attractions, and conveniences that make this neighborhood so popular. The space itself is modest and clean, yet very comfortable. Free street parking on Schubert or on the Left /East side of Lawndale (which is a one-way street) between 4pm-7pm (and free in the weekend and when school is not in session). Please be mindful of restrictions, or pay for permit parking. There is a short distance from the apartment to the Logan Square Blue Line train and easy access to 90/94 Expressway. The unit is walking distance to public transportation, or Uber can serve as an alternative. We've poured a lot of love and care into this space and can't wait for you to enjoy it, however, you are in someone's home, so please be mindful of waste, your neighbours, and treat it with care and respect. Looking for a 10-12 months lease with the option to renew. Must have a credit score of 640+ to apply, Gross Monthly Income equal to at least three times (3x) the monthly rent, no evictions, and no bankruptcies.
