This home is tastefully decorated with updated appliances and furnishings, It has two large bedrooms with king and queen beds, sleeping 6 comfortably. We have a covered porch with chairs and a fenced in patio with a cute loveseat rocker. We also have a large gas grill. The community pool is close by, as are plenty of activities including tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Walk down the street to the beach, or around the corner to get ice cream or go to the abc store, or even the Walmart grocery store. There are several attractions nearby, such as a The Market Common, the state park, plenty of novelty stores, unique restaurants, an amusement park and a pier. If you want to venture out further... Broadway at the Beach, the boardwalk, the wax museum and the intercoastal waterway are all less than a short drive. Available Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec January and February (6 months max) Utilities included. Up to two parking spaces provided. Access to community pool available (not heated). NO pets, HOA does not allow. NO smoking. NO illegal substances. NO events/parties NO sub-leasing No establishing residency Must obey all City of Myrtle Beach laws, including quiet hours. Refundable damage deposit, cleaning fee and first month's rent due upfront.
