Friendly and Hands-Off Landlord: I live in Maple Ridge and have rarely visited the condo I haven't been there in more than 10 years. The previous two tenant families each stayed for approximately five years, which I believe says a lot about the home and the living environment. I value long-term, responsible tenants and hope to find someone who will enjoy staying here for years as well. Recently Updated Appliances: The stove was replaced in June 2025.
