Enjoy a 5 minute walk to EVERYWHERE in Old Town including CSU Campus. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Small dogs and cats are welcome with a $50 pet fee per month and a $500 refundable deposit. There is an option to rent one parking spot for $50 per month. There is also plenty of free parking on the streets by the building. The 6 plex house shares a free washer and dryer room in the basement of the building as well as an outdoor grill with a patio. We do accept small dogs (20lbs or less) with a $500 refundable pet deposit and a $50 monthly fee for the pet. Barky dogs would be a problem for adjacent neighbors.
Security deposit also due at signing. ALL UTILITES ARE INCLUDED except Wi-Fi. No smoking allowed indoors. Prefer to have a 1 year lease signed but open to month-to-month for an additional $100/month.
