This second floor apartment has one bedroom with a nice large living space. Then the bathroom has colorful tile in it. Have a look at the kitchen with it's a spacious area with a large window that lets in sunlight. This apartment even comes with a stackable laundry unit right in the space. This is a dog friendly apartment in a dog friendly neighborhood with Frick Park nearby and many walking/biking trails. All of our apartments are non-smoking. Apartment Leasing Instructions In order to hold an apartment for rent we'll need: A deposit equal to one month's rent. This will be used as your last month's rent. Deposit instructions: Deposit includes one month's rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application. Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident. At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month's rent and any prorated amount for early move-in. All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application. Rental requirements 1 year of rental history Every applicant must qualify individually unless married. Full time students must have a cosigner.
