    This retro furnished apartment is on the second floor and located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. There is a possibility for the unit to be leased unfurnished. Enjoy a 5 minute walk to EVERYWHERE in Old Town including CSU Campus. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Small dogs and cats are welcome with a $50 pet fee per month and a $500 refundable deposit. Barky dogs would be a problem for adjacent neighbors. There is an option to rent one parking spot for $50 per month. There is also plenty of free parking on the streets by the building. The 6 plex house shares a free washer and dryer room in the basement of the building as well as an outdoor grill with a patio. Last month's rent also due at signing. All utilities are included. No smoking allowed indoors. Prefer to have a 1 year lease signed but open to month-to-month for an additional $100/month.
