Grocery stores are all easy walking distances away. The bus lines to Dupont, Logan, Mt Vernon, Chinatown, American U, or Brookland are especially convenient and frequent. Street parking available. Current (female) flatmate is a former teacher and attends graduate school at GW. Ideal incoming roommate is someone who is friendly, clean, and respectful. Women or gay male roommates only please.
