Just so we are on the same page there are some basic house rules to follow. 1) No shoes in the house please 2) No smoking in the home or outside near the property of any kind I.E vape, weed etc 3) We have a strict noise ordinance in the community to ensure a chill and peaceful vibe so no loud noise at any time that can be heard outside the house 4) If you'd like to use the community pool please follow the rules. There's no alcohol or music allowed in that area 5) No parties or unnauthorised events allowed in the house We do our best to make sure everyone has a great experience while respecting our community guidelines. Last months rent is due as a deposit.
