This location is great for local transit (bus stops right in front of community), grocery store, and restaurants. Property is located up against the mountains between Little Cottonwood and Big Cottonwood Canyons. Approximately 20 minutes from SLC Airport. For long term rental. Inquire about possible short term rental. Long term rental includes monthly rent and HOA fees only.
