Main floor has powder room, laundry, kitchen, and family room with fireplace and TV. *Basement area available for use if needed however it is not furnished. This location is great for local transit (bus stops right in front of community), grocery store, and restaurants. Property is located up against the mountains between Little Cottonwood and Big Cottonwood Canyons. Approximately 20 minutes from SLC Airport. Short term rental/ Month to month up to Dec2026. Inquire about mid to long term rental possibilities. Owner pays all utilities for short terms rental and HOA. HOA rules must be followed at all times (eg, after-hour noise levels, trash bin placement & times, parking locations, etc) ; violations may incur $50 per violation and/or cause lease to be broken. No smoking allowed in home. Small dogs allowed. One time cleaning fee is due at signing of lease ($300). A $75 fee will be added for late payments (after the 1st of the month).
