This location is great for local transit (bus stops right in front of community), grocery store, and restaurants. Property is located up against the mountains between Little Cottonwood and Big Cottonwood Canyons. Approximately 20 minutes from SLC Airport. For long term rental. Inquire about possible short term rental. Long term rental includes monthly rent and HOA fees only. For short term rental, owner will pay all utilities and HOA (STR includes up to month to month lease lengths). HOA rules must be followed at all times (eg, after-hour noise levels, trash bin placement & times, parking locations, etc); violations may incur $50 per violation and/or cause lease to be broken.
