A pet friendly place - cats and dogs are welcome. Street parking is easily available throughout the neighborhood. In addition to monthly rent tenant is responsible for gas and electric. All of our apartments are non-smoking. Regent Square is a highly walkable and bicycle friendly area that is serviced by many bus routes including the East Busway. Direct access to the Parkway provides quick access to Oakland & Downtown. There are many great local shops & restaurants that help define the charming character of the neighborhood. Frick Park is always only a few blocks away. Apartment Leasing Instructions In order to hold an apartment for rent we'll need: A deposit equal to one month's rent. This will be used as your last month's rent. Deposit instructions: Deposit includes one month's rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application. Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident. At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month's rent and any prorated amount for early move-in. All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application. Rental requirements 1 year of rental history Every applicant must qualify individually unless married. Full time students must have a cosigner. Pet policy Limit of 2 pets per unit Must be listed on renters insurance Must be spayed or neutered no pet deposit $25 pet rent per pet per month
