There is a spacious parking pad allocated for 2 cars. Extra vehicles can be discussed for additional fee, but are not included in the rent. Visitor vehicles are welcome, but cannot stay long term. This rental layout is best for a married couple or 2 individual renters. Owner pays water, sewage and trash fees. Additional fees are paid by renter depending on renter's provider. This rental is for non smokers. Renter will be expected to upkeep the renter porch entrance similarly to the main house. Proof of rental insurance is required by renter.
