Onsite amenities include a gated community, a heated pool, laundry, and a community grill. This beach condo is minutes from Downtown San Diego, Old-town, Liberty Station, San Diego Airport, Interstates 8 and 5, and the Pacific Ocean. It also a quick walk to the YMCA gym, the tennis club, and the beach! House Rules and Fees: Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
