INCOME & CREDIT REQUIREMENTS Credit Score: - Minimum 600 - No landlord collections or prior evictions accepted Income: - Must be 3 times the monthly rent (Example: $1,500 rent requires $4,500 in monthly income) Acceptable proof of income includes: 1.
