Kitchen has all amenities including a coffee bar, French door refrigerator with ice maker and Bosch dishwasher. There is an open dining room with table and counter height bar next to kitchen. Florida room contains a desk and bookshelf which makes an excellent workspace. Full sized LG Washer and dryer included. Utilities including electric,internet and outside maintenance also included with monthly pest control. Outdoor grill and outdoor seating available on private lanai. Community has a beautiful private pool surrounded by lush flora and charming brick pavers. North Water Tower park is right next to property and has gated access to nature trail and 18 hole disc golf.
