Lovely one bedroom first floor apartment, literally across the street from the beach/boardwalk. This is a non smoking building, and very quiet. Many people reside here year round, so I would want a tenant to respect them and the buildings rules. The bedroom has two beds,queen and twin. Full eat in kitchen with sweet little kitchen set and island. Also, nice large walk in closet! The apartment has very high ceilings and tons of windows facing the street. It actually feels much bigger than it is. I will be adding bathroom pics later this week. Washer/dryer is in the hall and shared with my neighbor. She's awesome, never an issue. It's brand new, and literally about 12 feet from my living room. Restaurants just a block away, coffee shop, WA Wa, movie theater, and just 1.5 miles from the Tropicana in AC. Margate is just a mile away, Ocean City is 7 miles, plenty of shopping off the island on the Blackhorse Pike, and also on the island. Great location, plenty to do regardless of weather. Also, only an hour drive to Philly and 20 minutes to AC Airport. Mid September to mid April, but will negotiate. I have it listed at 6 months, but can work with you if needed longer or shorter. Prefer 6 month minimum, but let's talk. This condo is fully furnished, all you need is bedding and towels. Need 1st, last, and security upon signing. Also, 200.00 cleaning fee will be charged at signing, and $50.00 late fee if rent is not paid by the 5th of each month. Rent includes heat, just need to pay electric and internet.
