The chalet features a well-stocked kitchen and a great room with a large flat-screen TV, cable, and internet. Enjoy a sitting area off the kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace. For entertainment, there's a pool table, air hockey table, dart board, yard games, and a fire pit. Two 2-person kayaks are available for use on Moose Pond (guests must provide their own life jackets).
A mooring is available on Moose Pond during the boating season. Parking is free and available on site. Pets are considered with a $154 fee per stay per pet. Linens and towels are available to rent at the office.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. All properties are non-smoking. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 25. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation, and no parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Guests shall abide by the Property Manager's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
