We'd love to have you visit our home away from home. * KING bed in master, * 3 twins (bunks + trundle) + a twin-to-king daybed in kitchen area washer/dryer conveniently located in the shed just outside the master bedroom door A complimentary golf cart is available for *most* guests for getting around inside the resort - Additional deposit may apply. *If approved, a separate agreement must be made to include cart Water, cable, and internet included. Most of electricity paid by homeowner. Renter will pay the SINGLE peak-use-HOUR for any amount OVER a $20 charge during that hour period. These are noted on the bill and will be provided to the renter. This is one hour of use during a 3 hour window of time each day. The ONE hour of the month with the most usage during that window, is charged higher than others. It is the electricity companies new fees to monitor/reduce use during these times. In the winter the window of time is 6-9AM. Ocean Lakes is a family community and has specific guidelines for behavior. Any behavior that is deemed unacceptable and/or outside their rules and policies will result in termination of agreement. No Smoking indoors or on porch with door open No Vaping Must have car pass to enter Ocean Lakes provided by Ocean Lakes. Can have homeowner assist in purchasing $100 pass or $10-12/day can be paid for daily pass. Duration of lease is one month not to exceed 3/14/27. Multiple month discounts can be discussed.
