There's even a bike available to borrow for getting around the neighborhood. The home is located behind a shared security gate and includes private driveway parking for 2 3 vehicles. The listed rate applies to stays of 6+ months, though shorter-term lease inquiries may be considered depending on timing and availability. Gigabit internet is included. Other utilities like gas and electricity are included up to $150/month. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Small pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval and an additional deposit + pet rent. For maintenance, we simply ask tenants to handle everyday upkeep during their stay things like basic cleanliness, watering the garden beds if you choose to use them, and replacing HVAC filters periodically. We'll continue handling major maintenance and servicing as needed.
