Outdoor activities need to wind down by 10 pm in accordance with neighborhood guidelines and the Bend Noise Ordinance. If a noise complaint is called in after 10 pm, the Deschutes County Sheriff will be notified, and eviction may occur without a refund. The maximum occupancy of the property must be limited, and additional guests may not stay the night. Guests must be 23 years or older to book. No smoking is allowed on the property; evidence of smoking will result in charges for sanitizing, de-odorizing, and cleaning. Check-in is at 5:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
