Yard & Exterior Tenant is responsible for basic yard maintenance, including cutting the grass and keeping the exterior tidy. Maintenance & Care Tenant agrees to maintain the home in a clean, orderly condition. Tenant is responsible for basic upkeep such as cleaning out vents and routine care. Repairs and maintenance issues must be submitted promptly when discovered. Move-Out Cleaning Tenant must schedule a professional cleaning at move-out. The home must be returned in clean condition consistent with the move-in checklist. Renter's Insurance Renter's insurance is required for the duration of the lease. Guests Guests are allowed, but tenant must notify the landlord about visitors/overnight guests. No long-term guests without approval.
