Available sept 1, we have 2 rooms in a huge 6 bd 2 bath 3-story apartment in Brighton center with big back yard and lots of space. Free washer and dryer in basement. One room is empty, one comes (or doesn't) with a bed and desk. Current roommates are 3 males and 1 female all in our mid 20s-30s, most of us have lived together for over a year and get along great. We're all friendly and like to get to know new people but also kind of keep to ourselves. Everyone is welcome as long as your cool Utilities are split and usually run about $50-110 a month each depending on the season. Rent is $1050/month and move in is first/last/half for security.
