Full-sized kitchen with lots of cabinets and include a stove and microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Also included is a washing machine and dryer. There is central air and heat. Plenty of closet and storage are in the bedrooms. There is a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. Free parking on the premises. It is NOT wheelchair accessible as it is on the second floor (walkup). It is minutes to downtown Louisville via the 2nd Street Bridge and I-65. Landlord pays for all utilities, including Wifi. No smoking and no pets. Parking is under the carport. A security deposit of $2,000 is due with the first month's rent. The initial lease agreement is for one year, but will consider a shorter lease term. The security deposit is not the last month's rent, but will be returned when Tenant moves out if there is no damage.
