It is NOT wheelchair accessible as it is on the second floor (walkup). It is minutes to downtown Louisville via the 2nd Street Bridge and I-65. Landlord pays for all utilities, including Wifi. No smoking and no pets. Parking is under the carport. A security deposit of $2,000 is due with the first month's rent. The initial lease agreement is for one year, but will consider a shorter lease term. The security deposit is not the last month's rent, but will be returned when Tenant moves out if there is no damage.
