Hear the waves crash at night from the bedroom window. The unit is fully furnished but can also be unfurnished. Owner pays for water, trash, cable and internet. Tenant pays for SDG&E electricity. There is no smoking allowed in the unit and in the building. Small dog allowed, restrictions may apply. The lease is for a minimum of one month as required by San Diego city ordinanceRenewal for another month will require an inspection of the property and new monthly lease. Tenants are also required to abide by all HOA rules. No personal belongings may be left in the common areas. Tenant is responsible for the building Key and garage door control remote. There will be a $300 fee to replace the building key if lost or damaged (as charged by the HOA). No parties or large gatherings are allowed in the unit or building.
