Two large living areas create flexibility for downtime, whether some of you are watching TV while others settle into the game console or theater setup. The full kitchen is designed for easy group meals, from quick breakfasts before heading out to relaxed dinners back at home. A washer and dryer are also available to keep things simple during longer stays. Enjoy movie nights in the cinema-style setup, spend time with the game console, or head outdoors to the pool and hot tub. The patio or balcony and outdoor furniture provide a comfortable spot to unwind after a full day, while the BBQ grill makes casual outdoor meals easy. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found in violation of any house rules. Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you're aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
