There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. Check-out time is 10 AM. Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit for 1-night reservations, or may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through a third-party system prior to arrival.
