Close proximity to Woodstock, Reed Collage, several bus lines, 2.5 miles from Mt. Tabor, and blocks from Mt. Scott Park Community Center and cafes/bar. We (the owners) live in the ADU on the property. The backyard is beautifully landscaped & has a covered porch, a green house, a garden shed, a barrel sauna and an outdoor shower under a cedar tree. We have a fig, persimmon and an apple tree on the property. Don't want to get your hopes up with the apple, we've tasted better. There is space for gardening, and if you are a gardner we would love to see you out there. Seriously, anyone who loves to garden and pull weeds will be deeply appreciated. Our communal vibe is clean, quiet and collaborative, and are hoping for the same from you. Blasting tv/music, house parties and frequent overnight guests will not be a good fit. Hoarders, be warned! :-) We love our neighbors and have a great sense of community on our block! We even have block parties from time to time. Current tenants of 5 years (both Reed professors) are leaving the area and are mid packing with two little kids, they move out on July 15th and we need time to prep it for the new tenants. We are happy to meet with you and show you around but will not be going inside their unit until they're gone. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE VIEWED UNTIL YOU TOUR THE PROPERTY. 1 Year lease minimum Utilities Paid by Resident: Water/Sewer, Electric, Gas (and internet) Appliances: Washer/dryer, refrigerators, stove/ovens, microwave, dishwasher.
