Sunny 2nd floor furnished apartment is in restored historic Civil War hospital building belonging to its commandant, located on College street just down from the college green. This is a nice walking street and a 10 minute walk to downtown. There is an apartment below sharing the same entry hallway. I live at the property in the back part of the building. The apartment is fully furnished presently but some items can be removed at the preference of the tenant. The lease will be for 8 months (this system only gives 6 as an option) with the possibility of renewing for yearly increments starting July 1. This is a smoke, scent and pet free property. All utilities and heat included, wifi, plowing, and exterior maintenance. 8 month lease with negotiable lease extension after June 17. No smoking, scent and pet free property. Renters help shovel the front walkway and around their car in winter, and the end of the driveway if the street plow blocks passage before contracted plow arrives.
