AIRLINE CREW-MEMBERS ONLY PLEASE I'm renting the second bedroom in my clean, comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom first-floor condo in Elk Grove Village to ONE occupant. The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, TV, and a closet with built-in drawers for additional storage. You'll also have your own private bathroom located directly across the hall from your bedroom. The rest of the condo is fully furnished, and aside from my bedroom, you're welcome to enjoy the shared living spaces and make yourself at home. The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need for comfortable everyday living. You'll also have your own parking space at no additional charge. The location is very convenient, approximately 15 minutes from O'Hare, 5 minutes from Schaumburg, and about 25 minutes from downtown Chicago without traffic. I take pride in keeping my home clean and comfortable and am looking for someone who is also clean, respectful, and will treat the space like home. I do have one cat, so you must be comfortable living with a cat. He's very friendly and loves people! I'm offering either a 6-month or 12-month lease. As a move-in special, I'm also willing to waive the $500 security deposit for a qualified renter who signs a lease by 9/30/2026 6-month or 12-month lease options available. Monthly rent is $1,150, plus a fixed $25 monthly electricity fee and $25 monthly internet/Wi-Fi fee, for a total monthly payment of $1,200. All amounts are due together when monthly rent is paid. The lease is for ONE occupant and includes a private, fully furnished bedroom, private bathroom, use of the shared common areas of the condo, and one designated parking space at no additional charge. MOVE-IN SPECIAL: The standard $500 security deposit will be waived for a qualified renter who signs a lease by 09/30/2026 No smoking inside the condo. I have one friendly cat in the home. Additional pets won't be allowed. The renter is expected to keep their private bedroom and bathroom clean and help maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces. The goal is to maintain a clean, comfortable, and respectful home for both occupants. A signed lease is required prior to move-in.
