Kirkwood is one of Atlanta's favorite intown neighborhoods, offering a quiet, walkable, and character-filled environment. It's minutes to local restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, and an easy drive to Downtown Atlanta, Decatur, and East Atlanta Village. For reservations made within 48-72 hours of arrival, our standard check-in time is 7 PM. We may be able to accommodate an earlier 4 PM check-in upon request. We provide a complimentary starter kit of essential supplies, including shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. Please note these items are intended to get you started and are not restocked during your stay. Heating and AC are included in your stay. The thermostat is set to keep the home comfortable between 68 and 74F. Pets are NOT allowed. For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in.
