We have a furnished, quiet, non-smoking room available for one person in our townhouse in centrally located Twin Peaks, San Francisco. Room has been recently painted, is bright, airy, has comfortable queen size bed includes linens if needed, a large window (with peekaboo view of the Bay and Mt. Diablo), 6ft double sliding door mirrored closet with built in shelving, desk and organizational storage unit (optional). Perfect for a quiet student or full-time working professional who preferably works outside the home. Twin Peaks is close to San Francisco State University, UCSF, USF, Academy of Art University and a straight shot down Market Street to downtown and the financial district. Located a few blocks from Noe Valley 24th St. restaurants, bars and shopping, the Castro, and Mission Districts. Public transportation, conveniently stops right on our street and can take you anywhere in the city. Our updated townhouse has a shared living room, kitchen with new appliances, dining area, bathroom, and deck with a view of the Bay and Mt.Diablo. Street parking and laundry is available. The house will be shared with a young couple, (two professional who works from home). Sorry, no pets allowed as we already have one indoor cat. We are looking to rent our spare room on a month to month or semester by semester basis to the right person. The room is available for one person only.
