Built in 2005, the Boardwalk Beach Resort is a 22 story building with 233 condominium units with 5 fast elevators. There is a main zero entry pool that is heated during the cold months, a kids' wading pool and splash pad, two hot tubs, two beach accesses and more than 400 feet of beach. There is also a poolside grill and bar, an ice-cream convenience shop.
All utilities are included in the rent. Parking is $50 per stay for up to 2 cars. This unit is available December through February.
