This single level, South Hills condo is on the first floor over the shared, enclosed garage. It has views of the mountains to the east of Helena from the private balcony off the living room, the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. One has a stand up shower and the other a tub. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, fridge, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Washer and dryer are also included. This unit has gas forced heat and air conditioning. The shared garage is heated. There is one assigned parking spot and a large storage space in the garage. Not eligible for a housing voucher. All utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Lawn care and snow removal are done by the HOA. Per HOA guidelines, only one dog is allowed. No more than one dog or any cats will be approved. Animal Applications are available upon request. Each animal must have it's own application. They are not part of our online applications. Please contact the office to request one be sent to you.
